I really like the “Sparty On” ad because as a college student I’ll pay attention to any piece of paper that has a check made out to YOU on it. I love the green and orange color combo on both though, they look excellent!

The “FREE RENT” catches my eye in the top ad — and then I read the rest, which explains the contest. But immediately I know we’re talking about housing, whereas the other one, is more party! — which in a college campus is relevant too!

Thanks for the votes everyone! My pick is the Ben Franklin one. It makes me laugh when I see Ben Franklin wearing a MSU color party hat. And, the message, throw a free rent party with Ben would have totally got my eye back in college. What I could have done with an extra $5000! I agree Ashley, shoe shopping and a trip (probably spring break) would have been some of my purchases.

I would pick ‘Sparty on with Free Rent’ – the contrast makes it more eye catching…and the word ‘Free’ always gets you…

I would pick the “Sparty On With Free Rent.” I am an SDSU student and the mention of saving $5,000 really grabs my attention. That’s $5,000 extra I could spend on shoes, wine and trips!
