Would you agree though, that unless someone on the PR team has developed an authentic relationship with their online community, delivering a credible response in times of crisis or around a thorny issue will be a challenge? I&#039;d suggest it&#039;s not enough for PR to simply monitor and ensure key messages are at the ready...</description>
